Our Privacy Policy

At Emvipy S.A.S. ("We", "Lovli") we take privacy seriously. This Policy explains how we treat your personal data and those of third parties, complying with the LFPDPPP (Mexico) and the GDPR (Europe).

1. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information necessary for the operation of the "Dead Man's Switch":

User Data: Name, email, payment details (processed by secure gateways like Stripe/App Store, we do not store full card details).

Beneficiary Data (Third Parties): First name, last name, email, phone number, and country of residence of the individuals you designate to receive your Vaults.

Vault Content: Encrypted files. Depending on your security configuration, we may NOT have access to the actual content (Zero-Knowledge).

2. THIRD-PARTY DATA (BENEFICIARIES) - IMPORTANT!

You provide us with personal data of third parties (your Beneficiaries).

User Responsibility: By entering a Beneficiary's data, you declare and warrant that you have obtained the prior consent of that person to share their data with Lovli.

Limited Use: We will only use this data to send notifications related to your account (e.g., notifying them that a Vault has been released). We will not send them advertising or sell their data.

3. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

To function, the App requires access to:

Camera and Photos: To allow you to upload videos, images, or scan documents to your Vaults.

Biometric Data (FaceID/Fingerprint): Used exclusively locally on your device to unlock the App. Lovli does NOT collect or store your biometric data on its servers.

Push Notifications: Vital for reminding you to do your "Check-in" (proof of life).

Zero-Tracking Policy: Unlike other Apps, Lovli does NOT use third-party behavioral analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Facebook Pixel) within the App to spy on your activity. Your privacy is a priority.

4. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence (e.g., United States), operated by cloud service providers. By using Lovli, you authorize these transfers necessary for the provision of the service.

5. ARCO RIGHTS AND ACCOUNT DELETION

You (and your Beneficiaries, upon proper accreditation) may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition by writing to: soporte@lovli.one. If you delete your account, your Vaults and personal data will be erased from our systems, except for those that the law obliges us to retain for tax purposes.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update this policy. You will be notified of any material changes through the App or by email.
